1. Who we are
Codiro Marketing is provided by Codiro BV, Balgweg 6, 1764 KB Breezand, the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce 71320180, VAT NL858668221B01). Questions: aron@codiro.io.
2. The service
Codiro Marketing is a marketing platform for businesses. AI agents read the websites you add, research your market, prepare posts, videos, newsletters, ads and SEO improvements, and publish them to the accounts you connect, within the autonomy level, spending caps and quiet hours you set. By default nothing is published or spent without your approval; you can let agents act on their own per channel and pause everything at any time with the kill switch.
3. Your account and your accounts on other platforms
You are responsible for the people you invite to your workspace and for keeping sign-ins safe. You may only add websites and connect accounts that you own or are allowed to manage. You remain responsible for what is published on your accounts and must follow the rules of each platform you connect, including the Meta Terms, the YouTube Terms of Service, the TikTok Terms of Service, the LinkedIn User Agreement and the advertising policies of the ad platforms you use. By using the YouTube features you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use the service for spam, misleading or unlawful content, content that infringes someone else's rights, or to break or overload other systems. We may pause a workspace that does, after telling you why when we can.
5. AI-generated content
AI output can be wrong. Agents check drafts against your own website and research and never knowingly invent prices or facts, but you decide what is published and remain responsible for it. Where the law or a platform requires it (such as the EU AI Act and platform rules for synthetic media), posts and media made with AI are labelled as such; you can see and change this per workspace.
6. Advertising spend
Ad campaigns are paid directly by you to the ad platform (Meta, Google, Microsoft and others) under your own ad account. Agents only create or start campaigns you approved or allowed, within the daily and monthly limits you set, and pause them when those limits are reached. We are not liable for amounts charged by ad platforms.
7. Trial, plans and payment
New workspaces start with a 14-day free trial without a card. After that a paid plan is needed; prices are shown under Usage & plan and include the usage meter for AI and data. Plans renew monthly and can be cancelled with one click; the plan stays active until the end of the paid month. Prices are in euros; VAT is charged where it applies. We may pause a workspace when payment is overdue; nothing is deleted while it is paused.
8. Your data
Your content, brand data and the data from your connected accounts remain yours. We process them only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy, which together with these terms is our data processing agreement. You can export or delete your workspace at any time.
9. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available, secure and backed up, but platforms can change or limit their APIs and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the event, except in case of intent or gross negligence. We are not liable for decisions of third-party platforms, such as removed posts or rejected ads.
10. Changes and ending
You can stop at any time by cancelling your plan and deleting your workspace. We announce material changes to these terms at least 30 days in advance by e-mail. Dutch law applies; disputes go to the competent court in the district of Noord-Holland.
